Application & Interview Process:
The first step for an individual interested in applying for a position with Allstar Refinishing & Collision Centers, Inc. is to complete an application.

We do utilize pre-employment testing as a part of our selection process for office positions. Please contact the Midland office of the Texas Workforce Commission to set up an appointment for testing. These tests help us determine how well your experience fits the requirements of the position. Remember, the results of these tests are just one part of our overall selection process, so relax and do your best!

All applicants must meet the following minimum hiring requirements: 

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a current and valid driver’s license from a state within the United States

 Offers of employment are contingent upon the following: 

• Passing a pre-employment screen
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9)

Career Tech Program:
Following is a brief overview of the program Allstar offers to new graduates from technical colleges:

• A six-month mentor program assigned to a journeyman technician with competitive hourly pay structure and bonus criteria.
• Competitive pay for flat rate wages based off motor time guides
• Factory training when offered by the manufacturer
• On line training when offered by the manufacturer
• On going on-the-job training with long term journeyman technicians
• Generous tool certificate allowance upon successful completion of the six month mentor program (a technician receives a generous tool allowance at the beginning of each month, for a ten month period)
• ASE certification paid for by your employer
• I-CAR certification paid for by your employer

Production Paint Program:
Following is a brief overview of the program Allstar offers to technicians who wish to take advantage of training to use our state-of-the-art:

• A six-month mentor program assigned to a journeyman technician with competitive hourly pay structure and bonus criteria.
